Course structure and association information

The association was founded with the permission and involvement of the late Donna Armanasco, who held the copyright.

Robert St John did not enforce his copyright or trademark his work, but his legacy remains protected by the current copyright holder.

We help students and members succeed by offering helpful resources. Donna endorsed our manual and official Practitioners Package and Teachers Package.

No prior knowledge is necessary to learn and practice the Prenatal Pattern.

If you're already practicing the Prenatal Pattern, known as Metamorphosis-rsj, you can join our community and enjoy the many benefits it offers.

While we charge an initial fee for the training program, there are no ongoing yearly fees to practice or teach Metamorphosis-rsj.

0nce they complete the training, members receive all the materials and support needed to establish and expand their practice.

Our goal is not to profit from Robert St John teachings, we believe in keeping his method accessible to all, in line with his original approach—no hidden costs, no yearly fees, just genuine support to help practitioners thrive in their practices.

We are not a business. Our association exists to preserve the integrity of Robert St John work and to help others share it in the most genuine way possible, without commercial interests.

We are a not-for profit association, but we have not registered as a charity and we do not ask for or accept donations.

0ur Intention is simply to provide clear training and support for those who wish to study and practise this approach in its original form.

Course structure.

Students have the option to pursue two paths: personal development for themselves and those close to them, or to become a professional Metamorphosis-rsj practitioner.

The program offers home study with a detailed manual and email support, as well as in-person training with provided materials.

After initial training, students can practice and teach independently.

Becoming a practitioner member provides the skills for professional practice, with a flexible and cost-effective path without requiring multiple study days.

Becoming a Teacher.

For practitioners who wish to become teachers, no additional training is required. Instead, we encourage you to deepen your practice of Metamorphosis-rsj with your clients. This hands-on experience is key to preparing you for teaching.

Teacher's Package: Our teachers receive a teacher’s package which includes:

Official documents and charts to enhance their study days.

The association manual: to share with their students.

Ongoing support from our association to help them lead professional workshops.

This structure ensures they have everything they need to guide others in learning Metamorphosis-rsj.

Our Unique Offering:

Robert St. John specifically requested that his work, Metamorphosis-rsj, not be associated with any adaptations, modifications, or other organisations not authorized by him. He did not give permission for anyone to alter, reframe, or rename his methods.

While there are other versions of his work in circulation that Robert St John did not write, we want to make it clear that our endorsement from Donna Armanasco, ensures the authenticity of the practice we and all Metamorphosis-rsj practitioners offer.

Our association is dedicated to maintaining the authentic teachings of Robert St. John. We firmly believe in keeping Metamorphosis-rsj accessible to all, as Robert St John intended.

Robert St John taught his students at lectures, and workshops, allowing them to practice and teach when they felt ready, ensuring that his work was available to anyone who sought it. This is the model we continue to follow today.

Metamorphosis-rsj is learnt by attending a workshop run by a Metamorphosis-rsj practitioner or via home study.

This approach reflects Robert St John ethos of openness and accessibility, where his work is shared freely with those who are committed to learning.

Carrying On Robert St. John's Legacy

Both Robert St. John and Donna Armanasco have passed, but their legacy and teachings continue through our association.

Our mission is to honour their work by preserving and sharing the Metamorphosis-rsj method exactly as Robert St John intended—openly, accessibly, to offer a sustainable structure where students and practitioners, and teachers, receive the support and resources they need to practice and teach Metamorphosis-rsj confidently.

We are committed to carrying on Robert St John legacy in the way he envisioned, ensuring his work remains available for future generations in its authentic form.

It is important to note that a published author's work is copyrighted for 70 years after death. An author has the right not to be affiliated with work he did not write.
